John Allison is a lecturer, workshop facilitator, consultant, writer and poet living in Melbourne. For many years he has taught in Rudolf Steiner (Waldorf) Schools, and more recently he has been involved in educational management and administration.
John's work with young people has led into the challenging but highly rewarding area of pastoral care, guidance and support. In this role he works with teachers, parents and adolescents to develop creative relationships.
He is convinced that these relationships can be encouraged through an understanding of living processes.
Such processes need to be present in institutions
and organisations so that they can reflect
and embody the highest human values. Through John Allison's consultancy
support, an organisation can become a socially hygienic environment
where personal and personnel development are both enhanced by, and enhance
the work processes.
